Chicken Tikka Masala is a strange British-Indian dish, creamy and spicy. There's a saying even bad pizza is good pizza. Bad Chicken Tikka Masala though is very bad. Likewise good is excellent. If you make it yourself you are pretty likely to end up with something good. It's quite easy to swap the chicken for tofu or seitan if you're that way inclined.
